In order to further cultivate entrepreneurial innovation ecology, stimulate entrepreneurial innovation vitality, discover and select a number of excellent e-commerce entrepreneurial innovation projects, guide the social resources to butt in the field of electricity supplier entrepreneurship, cultivate business innovation talents, create a more favorable business innovation environment, in June 5th, "build a dream to create the future" 2018 Haining e-commerce innovation competition (hereinafter referred to as "contest") was officially opened.

The competition was co sponsored by Haining Business Bureau, Haining economic and Information Bureau, Haining Municipal Finance Bureau, Haining Municipal Bureau of human resources and social security, Haining local financial supervision bureau, Haining Committee of the Communist Youth League and Zhejiang Haining Industrial Park Management Committee. The participants are divided into innovation group (enterprise class) and venture group, and will be divided into four stages: project registration, project audit, project selection and project final. The final is scheduled to be held in July 25th and will be decided through the form of roadshow.

The entries of the competition will be put into the Haining e-business project library and receive priority resources docking. For some of the winning projects entering the finals, the well-known incubators and venture capital funds will be supported by funds, interview guidance and all-round entrepreneurial guidance.

Four. Conditions for entry

(1) participants:

Innovation group: the participants are enterprises registered in Haining and have been established for more than 1 years (registration of industrial and commercial enterprises should be held before May 31, 2018). They have good business norms, good social reputation and no bad records. The core team members of the project have no less than 3 members, and have high growth potential and development potential.

Venture group: registration has not been registered by industry and commerce, or registered for less than one year, or registered outside Haining, with an intention to settle in Haining.

(two) project requirements

The entries should be in line with the development policies of the state and provincial e-commerce industry, with legitimate intellectual property rights, involving entrepreneurial innovation projects in the e-commerce industry chain, with strong innovation.

Five. Competition process

1. registration: sign up for relevant websites, complete the relevant materials according to the requirements, and send them to the designated mailbox at last.

2. project audit: the Organizing Committee of the competition will set up the qualification examination group to examine the submitted information and entries. After the examination, the entries will enter the selection stage.

3. project selection: the Organizing Committee of the competition will set up an expert review team to score the project, and select 6 items according to the group to enter the finals.

4. Finals: the final adopted the PPT road show and expert questioning method. The keynote speakers of the competition took part in the roadshow (around 8 minutes in less than 8 minutes) in terms of the project innovation mode, the comprehensive effect of the electricity supplier, the profitability and the market prospect. The experts asked questions (time was controlled by 5 points Zhong Yinei), the judges group scored, and one or two and three awards were awarded according to the score of the project.
