Construction projects.

The project is part of the integration plan of India Textile Industrial Park. The project lasted for 36 months with a total investment of 21 billion rupees.

It is understood that the 21 textile industrial parks were recommended by the India ministerial project review committee after examining 55 industrial parks throughout the country.

The project was finally approved by the chairman of the review committee, India industrial and commercial joint textile minister Anand Sharma.

The textile industry park integration plan is based on public-private partnership to build a world-class textile infrastructure to create a green textile industrial park.

Anand Sharma, Minister of Commerce and textiles, said that the approval of the new textile industrial park will promote a large amount of additional capital input, which will bring greater benefits to the development of the industry.

In addition, the introduction of the technical pformation fund scheme will help to update the plant and machinery.

In recent years, the India government has been increasing funding for the textile industry.

The fund for the technology pformation fund has increased from 80 billion rupees to 154 billion 40 million rupees during the Eleventh Five Plan period.

The government allocated the same for the Textile Industrial Park integration plan. By April 2011, the government had allocated 4 billion rupees for the construction of the textile industrial park.

The joint industry and textile Minister of India said that the new textile industry park in the future will absorb more than 90 billion rupees and provide jobs for more than 400 thousand textile workers.

At the same time, the government will provide the highest value of 400 million rupees for each Textile Industrial Park, which will be used for the construction of public infrastructure in the park.

In order to better promote the development of Textile Industrial Park integration plan, the India government held roadshow activities in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad and Mumbai, and received a lot of feedback and suggestions.

The situation of applying for the construction of parks in all regions is considered by the India Ministerial Committee.

The committee made a judgement after considering the conditions of project cost, land use scale, net output value of investors, job creation and value chain of industry development.

At the same time, in order to ensure balanced development of regional economy, the government has increased its support to the northeastern states and some textile industrial areas at the early stage of development, and has also promoted cooperation between the textile industrial park and the handloom machine department.

Therefore, of the 21 newly approved textile industrial parks, 6 are located in Rajasthan, 4 are in Maharashtra, and 2 are industrial parks in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, and the rest are in Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat Bong, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamu and Kashmir and West Bengal.

At present, 24 textile industrial parks have started operation, and have received 188 billion 800 million rupees special investment. At the same time, they receive government subsidies of 14 billion 200 million rupees.
