The industrial and commercial administration bureau of Zhuang Autonomous Region organized the quality inspection of children's footwear products in circulation field.
A total of 29 batches of children's footwear were sampled and tested in Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin, Wuzhou, Hezhou and Baise, and the pass rate of spot checks was 41.38%.
17 batches of inspection results were unqualified. The distribution of substandard goods was 11 batches in Nanning, 2 batches in Liuzhou, Baise and Hezhou.
The quality inspection of children's footwear products is based on: GB 20400 "leather and fur harmful substances limit", "GB/T22756-2008 leather sandals", "QB/T" 2880-2007 "children's leather shoes", GB/T 15107-2005 "travel shoes", QB/T 1002-2005 "leather shoes", GB 25036-2010 "cloth children's rubber shoes", and related product standards (including standards for marking, effective quality standards and requirements for products), and inspection items mainly include signs / signs, sensory quality, peel strength, wear resistance, folding resistance, hardness, free formaldehyde, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes,

Hardness, shoe pull strength, friction and color fastness of lining and inner pad.
The sampling involves shopping malls, supermarkets, and other (self-employed). It has certain representativeness and pertinence. It reflects problems comprehensively and prominently. The problems can basically reflect the current quality situation of children's footwear products in the circulation field of Guangxi, and shows that the quality level of children's shoes is low.
The sampling results showed that the logo / logo, sensory quality, wear resistance, the strength of the upper and the hardness of the outsole were all unqualified products, of which the wear resistance was unqualified.
For the unqualified goods found in the spot checks, the Guangxi industrial and commercial bureau has issued a special document notice requiring dealers to immediately drop off shelves and stop sales, and deploy industrial and commercial administrative departments at all levels to carry out market checks according to law and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
