British brand JoulesGroupPLC (JOUL.L) landed in London, England today.

In the AIM market, the company issued a price of 160 pence, today opened at 190 pence, 18.75% higher than the issue price.

Joules, founded in 1989 by TomJoule, is currently at the same time.

98 stores, the company plans to expand 10-12 new stores annually through the listing and financing, and repay part of the debt.

In the 2014/2015 fiscal year ending May 2015, the total revenue of Joules was 116 million 400 thousand, which has increased by 50% over the past two years.

After the listing, the TomJoule shareholding will be substantially reduced from 80% to 32.3%, and so he will receive 47 million 700 thousand pounds; while 20% of the private equity fund LloydsDevelopmentCapital (LDC) will also sell part of its shareholdings, LDC is France's four largest private bank LloydsBankingGroup's investment structure, and LDC joined Joules in 2013.
