Recently, the the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region development zone reform and innovation promotion conference proposed that by 2020, the total output value of the whole development area reached 400 billion yuan, with an annual average growth rate of over 10%, accounting for 80% of the total industrial output value of the whole region.

Ningxia has gradually implemented the plan for optimizing, integrating and reforming the development zones, integrating the 33 development zones into 22.
